Being a millennial, I feel as though, I have a keen sense to sniff out inaccuracies. I have a tendency to go looking for them. For lack of a better term, we are a generation of cynics and over-analyzers.

Student discipleship is the all elusive, so important, but “what is it really” issue in Student Ministry. It takes on so many forms and looks so different that it is hard to really put our finger on it. I am sure that…no, I know for a fact that there are many people smarter than I am with endless material and teaching on student discipleship.
If you are in youth ministry, you’ve probably heard that question. It may have come from a tattle-telling teenager, a concerned parent or a critical church member. In each case, the assumption is this: Making teenagers get along is part of your job. I disagree.
