Registration opens Friday, January 18th at 9 am.
Register as soon as possible with $40 deposit for each student, camps fill up fast and it’s on a first come first serve basis. Your deposit is the only thing that will secure your spots for camp.
A GUARANTEED MINIMUM number of students and leaders are due by:
Camp 1 - May 10th
Camp 2 - May 17th
Camp 3 - May 24th
Camp 4 - May 31st
Camp 5 - June 7th
The “guaranteed minimum” is the number of students you are agreeing to pay the full $175 (Camps 1-4) or the full $135 (Camp 5) fee for online/onsite camp registration. Additional students may be added after your camp’s designated drop date for a $10.00 late fee if spots are available. (Please understand that you will be responsible for the full registration cost for ALL reserved spots after your respective deadline, even if the students cancel at the last minute. There will be no refund for staff).
We will need a hard copy of Staff Forms sent to our office prior to March 22nd
Staff Application to be returned to the OYM office with a $50 fee postmarked by Friday, March 22, 2019.
A $20 late fee will be applied after March 22nd
Hard copies of Individual Camper and Medical Release Forms are due upon arrival.
Camp 1-4 registration is Noon-3pm in Cabin 5.
Camp 5 registration is Noon-4pm in Cabin 5.
Camp 1-4 orientation starts Monday at 4pm and camp ends Friday at 10:30 am
Camp 5 orientation starts at 5pm Sunday and camp ends Wednesday at 10:30 am
Please make pick up and drop off arrangements accordingly.
Bring remaining balance, if you haven’t already paid ONLINE. Your remaining balance can be found online under your group account.
Bring Individual Camper Registration/Medical Release forms.
All medication must be in original bottle to turn in with the nurse.

All individual camper registration/medical release forms must be brought with you and turned in at the on-site registration at the camp you are attending.
All individual camper registration/medical release forms must be filled out completely.
All medication MUST BE IN ORIGINAL BOTTLE.
No student will be allowed to leave camp! In case of emergency or pre-approved departure the student will be signed out only to the parent or guardian whose signature appears on the camper form. Please have parent or guardian bring ID to the camp office in this case.
Students must be 6th - 12th grade as of Fall 2019.
All staff members must have a current 2019 staff application completed and postmarked by Friday, March 22, 2019 with a $50 fee online or with application.
New this year, all staff will need to fill out a Medical Form as well as the Staff Application!
All staff must have a background check (by OYM office) completed before the camp they are attending. If the OYM office does not receive your staff application by the guaranteed minimum deadline 2 weeks before your camp, you WILL NOT be able to attend camp.
No staff member will be allowed to leave camp at any time!
If postmarked after March 22, 2019, a $20 LATE FEE will be applied
Recreation Assistants must be at least 21 years of age
Coaches must be at least 23 years of age.
Any staff form postmarked after Friday, March 22nd should understand that they may not be accepted.
If a change or cancellation is made to your camp registration before March 22, 2019, you will be able to use a percentage of the camper deposit, $20, to be put towards your final balance. $20 will be nonrefundable at all times.
No partial refunds on deposits after March 22nd for students.
No refunds will be given for staff fees.
You will be responsible for the full registration cost for ALL reserved spots after your camps respective date ($175 per student spot reserved Camps 1-4; $135 per student spot reserved Camp 5)
